Green Country Cafe

It was pretty great food. Our waitress wasn't the friendliest, and another gal came by to fill our drinks and take care of us. She was very nice. We had steaks, which tasted good and were cooked just right, just kind of tough. The potatoes, fries and toast all tasted great as well. We had pie and icecream for dessert, which was very nice. Would like to try out some burgers and more pie another time.

I have eaten here quite a few times, and the food is always good. The burgers and fries never disappoint. They also have a salad bar with the best chocolate cake on it. They have great service and are always friendly. Prices are really good to.

We stopped here to get a stamp in our Route 66. Turns out that’s a pretty good way to find a good local restaurant. I loved the family affair this place is. The lady at the counter was the owner and she told us they have been there for 48 years. Understandably so. The food was great. The pancakes were fluffy and the eggs tasted just like how my grandma makes them?

The food here is so delicious, the prices are so reasonable! I just had a taste of my husband's chicken fried steak and it was the best chicken fried steak I've ever had in my life! It was so tender you could cut it with the fork! I considered not leaving a review because I was afraid I may not be able to get in next time I come! By the way the service is also wonderful!
