Great Papa's Gyros

I cannot say enough good things about Great Papas Gyro. The plates are absolutely incredible!!! generous portions, perfectly seasoned meat, and the rice is so flavorful and fluffy it honestly steals the show. Every bite tastes fresh and homemade. You can tell they truly care about the quality of their food. On top of that, it’s family-owned, and you feel that warmth and pride the moment you walk in. I love supporting small, family-run businesses, especially when the food is this consistently delicious. If you haven’t tried their plates yet, you’re seriously missing out.

Went here for the first time tonight and I was so delighted by the food! The gentleman working there was very kind provided me with a sample of their Samboosa and it was delicious! They have this pink sauce that it came with that is so amazing. We also ordered gyro and chicken shawarma plate, which were both so so good! We will definitely be going back. Had great ambiance and looks to be owned by a nice family who are all working there together.

The restaurant is in a nondescript strip mall, and the exterior is nothing special. However, once I stepped inside, I was totally impressed. It was warm, inviting and impeccably clean. There are beautiful murals on the walls. But the best part was the small woman who took my order. We had a bit of a language situation, but she made certain that she got my order right. And she is just the nicest person! Oh, and the food. I ordered a gyro combo for my son. It was prepared exactly the way he wanted it and, according to him, it was delicious. I will definitely be returning here and, if you like Mediterranean food, you should visit too.

I am from Türkiye so I am very familiar with the region's flavors. But Great Papa's Gyros flavors were awesome! I had the lamb gyro plate and my wife had the steak plate. Then we had the baklava. Everything tasted perfect!
