I had a scheduled appointment at Granovsky CPA P.C. at 4 pm. Upon my arrival, I waited at the front desk for about five minutes with no one in attendance. During this time, I tried to get someone’s attention by gently knocking on the table. Eventually, a front desk staff member arrived, and her facial expression seemed unusual. She asked me to wait a bit longer before escorting me to meet with the accountant. The initial interaction felt somewhat uncomfortable. During my consultation with the accountant, I expected to discuss my financial situation and explore how she could assist me. However, she mentioned that she couldn’t provide guidance since I wasn’t an existing client, which left me perplexed. She (Alla Granovsky) have waited until the appointment time. When her receptionist said, you know we are busy and expensive for you. I have asked how much just for individual tax return costs ( no corporation). Individual costs $1,050.00. Ha-ho-ha!!! Never ask this CPA and don’t waste your time with disrespectful people. Right, you have “satisfied customers” with only few reviews on Google and with only couple words for you. So, I can add another two words for you next time!
