We walked in and were immediately greeted by the host, wait staff, person cleaning tables. In other words, everyone was incredibly friendly and happy we were there. Our waitress was excellent! She served us with a smile and was all over whatever we needed! We ordered the 1/4 Travis to share. It was okay. I expected the burrito under the fries to be more seasoned. It was just ground beef with pinto beans. We ordered green chili and expected it to be inside the burrito but it wasn’t. Also- no cheese :( The experience made up for the disappointment in the Travis. We’ll be back !

Edit: We went back for a traditional breakfast and paid almost $40 for what should’ve been no more than $20. They also forgot the biscuit that should’ve came with this. Really disappointed in this meal and how much we received for the ridiculous price. Delicious food. We were fortunate enough to have a waitress help us out when they didn't provide certain services. We got the huevos rancheros and the adovada. Both delicious. Loved the red sauce. Fresh and delicious tortillas.

Visited on a Thursday at 8AM and there was no wait to be seated. Our waitress treated the 10 of us like she was our abuela, very attentive. It had been 20+ years since my last visit, and not much has changed. I had the huevos which were pretty good, but could have used more chile. Generous portions. Slightly more expensive than other nearby, similar places.

We had a large party and unfortunately we were split into two tables. The food was good but what did it for me was the customer service. Samantha was amazing! She's a treasure and needs to be protected at all costs, not to mention she deserves a raise. Not only was she great with our table but her interactions with all her other tables was fantastic. Beautiful personality, great customer service, fabulous sense of humor and overall we had an amazing experience.

I'm not sure how long Grandma's has been there but I've been here 25 years and it was here when I got here. Grandma's is an Albuquerque culinary landmark. They have their signature dishes and New Mexican comfort food. I always look forward to going there when I can. It's on the other side of town so I don't get there as often. I always liked it when I do get there.
