Grandma's Cottage

This was our second stay at this cottage, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The hosts are incredibly thoughtful, they surprised us with a cake and fresh flowers for our anniversary. The property is peaceful, secluded, and full of charm, with horses and friendly cats around. Stella the cat greeted us when we arrived and hung out with us while we cooked dinner in the gazebo. The amenities are fantastic, a relaxing jacuzzi, a large walk-in shower, and a barn with a pool table and other fun activities. Upon request they'll bring movies to your cottage along with popcorn. They’re also super responsive if you have any questions — it really feels like they go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Stellar!! We had no idea what a fabulous place we booked solely on proximity to a music venue. These kind folks have got a relaxing treasure of a property. We book a decent amount of these traveling for concerts, sporting events and family visits every year, and this is the best cottage/cabin for a couple that we've been to yet.

This is a great place to stay. Large cozy cottage with a fireplace. Comfortable bed and a wonderful breakfast delivered to your door. Deb was a wonderful host. We had one cold and rainy day, so we just sat by the fire and read. Nice and secluded but easy access to downtown Milwaukee via the interstate.

Cottage is very well kept and very clean! Felt at home when we arrived! Mike and Deb are super sweet and enjoyed chatting with them and are very satisfied staying there! There’s a great story about the place. The property is very nice and have friendly animals there. The game room and hang out space is nice and well kept! The lights that light the driveaway at night are very nice and romantic! Breakfast was fantastic! Highly recommend this place! Will definitely be back!

Absolutely wonderful!!! I took my fiancée here for a romantic birthday getaway and wasn't disappointed. Great communication leading up to our stay with directions, special birthday accommodations, and even an opportunity to check-in early. The cottage was easy to find and once we were there, we were lost in the most beautiful landscape. The cottage was so homey with a spacious layout. The jacuzzi tub was heavenly 😌. Outside was a screened-in porch with comfy chairs, blankets, a built-in fire pit and wood. We also got to meet the owners 2 adorable cats and see their 2 horses grazing in the field. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was very delicious. I can't wait to stay here again! Highly recommend!! Also, there is a discount movie/game shop, Mega Media Xchange Franklin, about 15 m
