Grandma Chicken PicaPollo – Pollo Frito Dominicano | Dominican Fried Chicken

The chicken is amazing! Hot, crunchy, juicy and flavorful! This is what I've been looking for and glad I found this place. My wife and I also tried the chicharon and that was very good as well. They also have rice, rice and peas, chicken fingers, pork chops and stewed meats. Everything else looked really good. Where they lose points is NOBODY speaks English which makes it hard to communicate. I'm used to places in Allentown having limited English but none makes it challenging. Had to break out Google translate to order my food. Also there was no menu when we came so I don't know what kind of empanadas they have.

I originally went in as a doordasher last week and the chicken looked so tasty and fresh. They gave a free sample sample of a fried thigh which was 5 🌟 for sure. Last evening we chose to get a 12 piece fried chicken to go. The chicken was obviously sitting under the headlamps a long time. It was dried up and not even warm until I got it home (8 minutes). It would have been delicious if it were the fresh juicy chicken I received as a sample

I order a 8 piece chicken and fries from this spot on uber eats and the chicken smells bad🤮 CLEAN YALL CHICKEN. I called you guys to let you guys know I’m not happy with this meal and all you can say is y’all don’t speak English? NEVER AGAIN BAD EATS.

The fried chicken was excessively salty to the point where it tasted more like a preservative than a meal. Impossible to finish.

Have ordered from here about 3 times now. Every time my food get here still warm, fresh and crispy. The sauce is THE BEST and the chicken is always so good. Definitely recommend this place.
