Customer Reviews
50 minute wait. Ordered the spring rolls and summer rolls for appetizers. Both were ok with thinly sliced shrimp and I mean thin! I honestly had to look inside to see which was the summer and which was the spring. I had the brisket and round eye beef pho that was ok tasting but a small bowl. The broth at Pan-Asia store restaurant is so much better and a much bigger portion. We also had the vermicelli with grilled pork and lemon grass that was nothing to write home about. Pork was dry and disappointing. Will skip this spot in the future.
I have always loved this place and I am so glad they are back. We drove from Wildwood for lunch. So glad they haven't changed the numbers. I'm a 15.03 guy. You guys need to make t-shirts that say "what's your number..." Then you can write it in with fabric markers. Lol. I highly recommend and I saw the badass drink menu... Might have to skip down for some cocktails.
We came here for lunch on Friday. Their menu has a good variety of Viet dishes that I like. I ordered the Com Dac Biet, and my husband ordered a bowl of Pho. I didn’t like the pork skin (very chewy) and egg cake (tasted off) on my rice dish at all. Service was pleasant but food was 7/10.
Grand Bistro served high quality Vietnamese food with excellent service. It’s a small restaurant and bustling with people, and you will most likely have to wait in their waiting room during peak hours. On a Sunday evening, our party waited 20 minutes, and when we were seated, the time it took to order and receive our food was far less than our wait. Everything was incredibly fast! Portion sizes are a little less than others, so be aware before ordering.
The star of the menu remains the, praised for its rich, complex, and deeply flavorful broth. Diners consistently laud the fast, friendly, and attentive service, making it a great spot for both quick lunches and relaxed dinners.
