Grammas Pizza Batavia

We visited Grammas in Batavia for the first time tonight and we loved it. Very quaint and family friendly atmosphere. Our server went out of her way to make sure our party of 10 was well taken care of - including bringing an extra surprise for the kids. We highly recommend the deep dish pizza - the crust was amazing. We will definitely eat there again.

Everyone loved the subs and all the other food that we took to our Christmas gathering today! It was wonderful that I didn’t have to cook! The staff was wonderful and very nice. Will definitely use them again. New to the area and they made it real simple for me. I’d give them 10 stars if possible! Thanks guys! From Sharps

The food was phenomenal and the customer service was even better. There was this employee named Jake who was literally flying around the restaurant like Superman helping everyone who needed it. He is the true definition of amazing customer service. The food was fresh and well prepared..... MICHAEL DAVID HAMMOND APPROVED!!!!

As a lifer here in this small town ive had my share of grammas but after today I will no longer be spending money somewhere that has so little regard for their customs. Today I picked up my order and when I got home my hoagie was not made right.... frustrated but not a big deal....things happen...i call down there and im told my only option is to put everyone back in the car and come down and get a new one. They would not credit me or even offer a coupon for the inconvenience .The manager wouldn't even come to the phone. Ive ordered $100 worth of pizza there over the holidays and you can't credit me for a hoagie you guys messed up????

Simply excellent pizza. Grammas' pies have a great flavor and a homemade quality to them that I just love. Their lasagna is also really good, with lots of cheese and comes in at a pretty good price for having salad and garlic bread included.
