Give this place your business! I came here for my FIRST ever authentic Torta Ahogada, and it did not disappoint. I highly recommend the Carnitas Torta, and then add a generous portion of the red tomato sauce on top. The bread on the torta was amazing. It was soft on the inside, and crispy on the outside. The staff was very friendly and informative on the salsas and ingredient options. They had reggae music playing inside which made for a fun and enjoyable atmosphere while I ate. This really was a great experience all around. You can tell that everything was made fresh right in the back, and the taste was amazing. It’s a small business and seems like a very authentic local spot. Their store sign is still a tarp, so let’s give them some business so they can expand! I will definitely be back

This is coming from a person who is grom Guadalajara. Hands down best taste of home ive had, it not only taste good for us standards, its thr actual flavors from home. Goyo is an amazing host, always recommending new stuff, creating new things in his menu that keep it fresh and yummy. I had the torta ahogada (always a favorite of yours trully,) but also the new goyo steak chorizo taco is bunkers how goodit is. This guy brought me some home favlors here to el paso, with amazing prices too. Ive been here several times, and goyo never disappoints. Also their salsas, their salsas are spicy, good and packed of flavor. If a mexican nows something about tacos, is that the salsa being amazing places a big role in the culinary experience. Their taquitos are awesome too! Hnds down my favorite place

This place is true authentic Jalisco Style Mexican food. This is not your typical Rice and beans that the Gringos like. This is Jalisco so be ready for spicy and good flavorful food. I had the Chicharron Guisado Taco it’s to die for it’s was so packed with juicy pork carnitas the salsas are great the red is spicy. I also ordered the shrimp torta ahogada which is like a wet dish. They have two spice levels go with the low spice the spicy option is really hot and I love spicy. Also the service was a 20 out of 10 the owner and the staff are so amazing and Kind. It was past 6 when we got there and a few people showed up and the owner opened the door and still let them in and served them. Greeted them and us with a smile. It was my third time there and I will gladly go back again to take friend

Sometimes we feel like something different, or we just want authentic Mexican Guadalajara style food. Well, this is the place for you. Worth the drive from any side of town. Been to Guadalajara a few times and this place is the perfect match on this side of the world. Love it!

Great authentic tasting Guadalajara style street food in El Paso, TX. It's a relatively small menu, so you know they're laser focused on a few things and they do them very well. All of it was great, Tacos, Torta, and Carne en su Jugo. Everything tasted great and was priced well. Service was attentive, fast, and friendly. It's my second time here and will be back for a third and beyond. Give them a try!
