Govinda's Pizza

Charming food truck serving pizza. Everything is vegetarian or vegan so great for vegan or allergies to dairy. Cash only right now. Pizza was delicious, we had vegan cheese, spinach, peppers, and artichokes. Pizza had tons of toppings with new york style flavor and crust. Two adults and we only made it through half of an 18 inch Pizza!! Will definitely come back! We texted our order ahead so we didn't have to wait.

Came across this while cruising around today ..vegetarian place with only large size, but I did get a smaller to-go box!! Pizza was pretty good, with fresh toppings (I did spinach and feta). They can take orders via text or in person- cash and PayPal only when I was there. Stop by for a pie!

WOW. Pizza is something very special to me. It's not often I find good pizza outside of The Bronx. Govinda's is authentic NY style pizza. Pictured below is a vegan sausage (HOME MADE BY THE WAY), green peppers and cheese. It was like coming home - there is one other spot that is authentic, but Govinda's sauce has just the right tang to it - not too sweet/not too sour, perfect thinness of crust and you can see by the toasted edges, his oven is HOT. Scorch marks on the bubbles is key to a good pie. The balance of cheese to sauce is on point. Highly recommend it to anyone in the area - and even if you're not - go there now!

For a food truck serving the middle of no where, Govinda's is awesome. The pizza...well, you can't mess up pizza for the most part, but vegan pizza? This tastes amazing. The service is great as well. They'll take your order via text if you need to. I highly recommend this place. Now for just one downside. They don't take cash. Ignore the stickers on the window of the food truck. They're cash only, and admittedly, that's a real... inconvenience when it's 2024. Other than this one quibble, it's an amazing place and I do recommend them!

We are all pizza lovers but vegan no onion/garlic pizzas are rare to find outside of the Europe. Govinda's is authentic NY style pizza. Picture is not attached because we could not wait to indulge and long before it was all gone.
