Goshen Brewing Company

This was my first visit to GBCO, and I decided to give their Pad Thai Tuesday a try after hearing a few family members talk about it. While it wasn’t bad, I left not all that impressed. The dish actually had plenty of kick — the noodles were nicely cooked but chicken was absent from my portion. It just didn’t feel like something I’d go out of my way for again. Maybe it’s the setting — a brew company with no fountain drinks to go with a spicy dish feels like a bit of a mismatch. If you’re a Pad Thai fan, you might enjoy it, but if you’re just curious because family or friends mentioned it, I’d say skip the special and come another night.

Best days to visit are Sunday (brunch for chicken & waffles) and Tuesday (Pad Thai). You can sit indoors or outside. Their staff walks around constantly so the service is great. They are kid friendly which is huge for our family.

I love choices made inside, The color scheme feels unified. When you arrive, you choose your seat. Will you opt for veggie or meat? The brunch crowd brings the space alive, And skillful plates show why they thrive.

Id heard great things about this place and am happy to report that they are all true! It is somewhat of an open seating type of place. So there is some outdoor seating, indoor seating that has like open areas so it’s half inside half out, and then fully inside seating. There are no servers just runners and bartenders. You order at the bar, get a number, take it to your table. Menus can be found at the reception or at either of the bars. They have a limited menu because it’s seasonal. We ordered the heirloom Bruschetta which comes with a full ball of burrata! I highly recommend it even though I expect it will be off the menu soon. It’s also served with a hearty bread they make in house which is fantastic. For my main I ordered the skirt steak and avocado salad it was excellent! I highly

Goshen Brewing Company was part of our 15-year high school reunion bar crawl, and it made for a great first stop! Our group felt welcome by the friendly and attentive beer-tenders and staff. GBCo offers solid food options and a good selection of beers and ciders on tap, as well as as non-alcoholic options, so everyone found a beverage to enjoy. I worked with them to coordinate the bar crawl, and they were great to work with--from the planning phase through the event itself. Everything went smoothly, and as an event planner, I couldn't be happier! GBCo is one of my go-to restaurant/bar options in Goshen, and I'm so grateful they were able to be a part of our night.
