I went to get the sandwich last week, I got veggie sandwich. I was so shocked to see the store everything is changed there it’s under new ownership, cleaning, good atmosphere, owner is awesome, quality n quantity both r best. I think you guys must try its sooo good. I loved it.

Ordered 4 sandwiches to go & when we got to the register, instead of asking us what we ordered, or even the employees who made them, the lady handling the money proceeds to unwrap every sandwich to check what they were. Totally disgusting as she had been handling money & didn’t have on gloves. We were telling her what we had but I guess she didn’t believe us? What we told her was correct. Just a weird experience, disgusting, unfriendly, & unprofessional. I think it’s under new ownership. We will not be back.

Google said busier than normal. There was only 1 person. Taking my sub out of the wrap was like a bad unboxing video. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub. Was missing the cheese thats advertised. Tasted like a cold disappointment. New Yorkers pride themselves on the very best deli subs. I would not give this to my worst enemy.

Stopped in for lunch. Second time I’ve been to this location. But I won’t come back for a 3rd visit. $13 for an 8” inch sub. Wheat Bread 1 slice of Turkey 1 slice of Ham 2 small slices of provolone Little Lettuce Very little mayo. Definitely not worth the $$ Store was slow, with 2 people behind the counter but only one individual doing any work. Floor was dirty, Lobby was dirty Girl making sandwiches was doing everything but not once did she change her gloves.

These bowls are reheated now. I liked the old pasta with meat sauce better, which was made in the store. My kids wouldn't eat this. I dont recommend any of their bowls. I had to heat the salmon and the smell was horrendous. Stick to subs.
