This is our first time at Good Union, but it won't be our last, for sure! The food was spectacular. I got the Pig Mountain Sandwich (5 Stars in my book), and my wife ordered the Lady Bird Salad. She loved the taste of the chicken, as well as the combination of mango and cheese. The owner took our order, and he said we were going to love it; he was right. We were there during the Texas/OU game, so the ambiance was great! We’re definitely coming back.

The service was great, the brisket was good, and it was a good time.I also tried the onion rings, they were good. We also had a banana pudding it was yummy!

I love the ambiance at Good Union! It’s very laid-back and a great view of a beautiful courtyard that’s now decorated for the holidays. The service is always good and staff is friendly. We dined here yesterday evening for Happy Hour. The drinks were on point and bartender was cool. We ordered the brisket street tacos and brisket sliders with potato salad and fried okra. The food is ok, and the prices were very reasonable. On a scale of 1-5, with 5 being the best, 1 the worst, I’ll give the food a 3.5. We will return in the future but will try something different on the menu. Sorry, no pics.

First time trying this place today, did a pick up order for some brisket burnt ends (my husband’s Valentine’s Day present lol) the meat was fantastic! good sized burnt ends and reasonably priced at about $30 for a pound. Cornbread was also AMAZING! It was moist and thick and had a good flavor. Can’t stand dry cornbread so this was win all around! Will definitely be back to try more things.
