Good Times Crab House

This place was suggested y a friend so I stopped by. The prices were reasonable. More of a carry out spot. The staff were nice. The crabs were a nice size and very tasty. Due to the holiday medium and large females and males were the only crab sizes available. The crabs were tasty and fresh. Lots of seasoning which can be salty and overwhelming but still the crabs are enjoyable.

Called my order in over the phone. Crabs were ready within 15 minutes. Pricing was great. One dozen XL females for $60. The crabs were heavy and delicious only down side was 3 of the 12 were mushy and had to be thrown out.

I visited Good Times Crab House and purchased some Female Steamed Crabs. (Carry Out) Small Female Crabs and Large Males were the only sizes available at the time. I really enjoy Females the best, so I tried them out. They were small as stated, however, I was pleasantly surprised. The crabs tasted sweet. The staff member who waited on me,even replaced a Crab that was cracked on top. Good Times also sells other Seafood, such as Shrimp, Large Crab Legs, Fresh Crabmeat, etc.

I was a regular customer at this establishment only for crabs purchases. I have bought snow crabs on occasion but mainly crab purchases. Usually I have a good experience with the cashier s and servers but for some reason today one gentleman had issue when I told him the charge was incorrect. I wanted to buy 1/2 dozen of crabs but when I was about to pay he was overcharging me. I quoted the correct amount and he tried to tell me that at this establishment they charge an extra dollar for 1/2 dozen crabs. I literally had to tell him if a dozen crabs is 75 dollars a half dozen would be $37.50. I think he pockets an additional 50 cents or dollar for each customer he serves so Please count your money! Unfortunately, they have lost a customer, over a miscalculation of 50 cents. I dont cheat anyon

I have visited this crab house several once it opened and never had a problem until a few weeks ago, I ordered medium female crabs to takeout, which was all they had. Got them home and found them to be smaller than usual and only two out of the six had claws and legs attached. I checked the bag for the other missing claws and they were not included. I returned to tell them of my discovery and that I paid full price for these crabs which includes all claws and legs. They were not apologetic, the manager didn’t address me one on one. I asked only that they replace those I returned. They were rude and upset and I returned a few words about the customer service I was receiving and the pushback on correcting their error.
