Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard

Good times has been a favorite for a long time but isn’t perfect, usually get exactly what I ordered made correctly with occasional mess ups. Although the one thing that has seems to be unfortunately consistent is with flavored shakes/spoon benders they 90% of the time put too much syrups no matter what flavors I’ve gotten. It seems the same amount of syrup is used for small/large as the larges usually taste (more) normal but I usually never want to get a large. I for the most part now stay away from those so I don’t waste money which sucks. (Unflavored vanilla and chocolate usually the safe options) With that said I keep coming back for just the burgers and wild fries

Custard was absolutely delicious! We ordered Vanilla and the monthly flavor or Chocolate chocolate chip. Both were sooooooo good. The customer service was great.

So I had come through the drive through and ordered a DOUBLE CHEESE BURGER WITH BACON. I then was presented with a big daddy burger and was told that’s what I ordered. I don’t think so if I wanted a big daddy I’d say I wanted a big daddy. I said I wanted a double cheeseburger with bacon. I don’t go to Wendy’s and ask for a bacon cheeseburger and receive a baconator. They give me the burger I ordered. I want a double cheeseburger with bacon because I wanted the other fixings as well as bacon but no we are in a world where now fast food has gotten too difficult to understand simple requests or even ask clarifying questions to make sure the needs were met. Friendly employees, but this review is to educate people what they are buying for $14.00. The burgers are extremely pathetic. My costco membership card is bigger than the burger. The photos is so people have a sense of scale. Everyone said prices had to go up because employees needed more pay and I'm fine with that, but then short change your customers the product they're paying for on top of that? Come on....

When I go I like to get wild dippin sause and I’ve never been charged for it, the app says $0.00 but once it’s added to the cart the total goes up by $0.50. No problem if there’s a charge but I would like to know before hand rather than a sneaky addition on the total. Should just have a dip option on a combo.
