Good Hope Dumpling and Ramen House

Delicious and healthy which is a nice combo for Chinese food in the area. We orders dumplings with a few entrees. Everything was cooked appropriately and flavors were near perfect. Only caveat is with the entree where they could use some herbs. Dumplings however were perfect. Would def order again.

Yummy!!! Ordered the Tan Tan Ramen - absolutely 💯 on point. We also ordered the Sesame balls for dessert 🍨, which is delicious. If you love authentic Japanese/Chinese dishes, this is a MUST eat. I will be coming back here when we revisit Norwalk, CT. This restaurant also provides delivery, which is cheaper than other delivery services.

We ordered pho as this place was open a little later than the others and we wanted something hot and ready to take home. $17-$18 per soup and the meat in the soup looks exactly like in the image attached. 4 pieces of terrible looking meat for $15 is ridiculous. This was our only hope tonight, and that hope died with this meal.

We have been coming here for a few years, it is our absolute favorite place for Ramen! So tasty!!!! We love dining-in because of the wonderful attention we get. Nikki, the owner, is so nice and sweet! We love having conversations with her and we look forward to having them. We highly recommend their food! Ramen is my top favorite, but my boyfriend has tried many of their other dishes and always compliments how delicious they are. Parking is super easy, never have had trouble finding a spot.

We came here on a Friday about 1pm. It was very quiet. Very cute characters and there were cushions in the bench. Portions were sizable for the price and food was solid. All the food came out HOT. Had to give them a minute before eating. We liked the pork dumplings in Szechuan chili sauce best. Very flavorful but not too spicy. Flavor for the Tonkotsu ramen was good and the toppings were plentiful. Chashu was a bit lacking in flavor. Overall a solid lunch.
