Golden Sweets

Their candies are perfect!! We went inside for ice cream but never made it past the chocolate candy case!!! We had to make sure and try a few of 3 different things and you just can't pick a favorite!!

Came here during the week in the Summer for a quick dessert. There were a few people in line, but there was plenty of staff to keep the line moving quickly. There's about 20 flavors that can be served in a cup or cone. They have all the traditional flavors of ice cream, but also unique flavors, and sorbets. Being they're all naturally made locally, I had to sample a few different flavors before deciding on the Funky Donkey and Reese's Peanut Butter in a cup. Ice cream was very velvety and creamy. I loved the uniqueness of the Funky Donkey ice cream. I wanted to taste the ice cream by itself, but they also have shakes, sundaes, and floats. I'll definitely come back for other flavors next time I'm in Golden.

Classic candy for sale, along with custom chocolates and standard and unusual ice cream flavors. I got the 7 layer coconut and Raspberry Fudge. Yummy!

Great little shop with just enough variety in ice cream to satisfy that little craving. Hard packed ice cream with the traditional flavors as well as some off the path flavors that were so good - be sure to ask for taster’s so you can get little samples of each before you dive in for a cup or cone. Prices are fair, shop is clean and staff are super friendly, loved it here and highly recommend everyone visiting Golden Colorado stop in for a little treat!

Wish I could give zero. Waited in line for 10 minutes for chocolates. Lady serving ice cream just stared at us while someone checked out the people getting ice cream. Plenty of other places nearby, don’t go here.
