Golden Rose Ice Cream Bar

The ice cream here is super unique. I have never tried anything like it. The texture is quite different. The flavors are unique as everything is homemade. The kids loved it. The place looks like a old fashion parlor. I would definitely come again next time I am in Florida. Update: just tried the sundae, amazing flavors and beautiful presentation.

You could tell that the ice cream was definitely homemade! It was pillowy soft with the best texture of ice cream I’ve ever had. I got chocolate chip marshmallow flavor and you could taste the marshmallows throughout, it wasn’t just a syrup. So good! Mr. Wonderful was definitely wonderful. He was joking around with us and had wonderful customer service. Definitely going on my list of places to return to when I come back to Florida!

This is hands down the best ice cream I’ve ever had—100% homemade and you can truly taste the difference! The husband-and-wife owners are the kindest people and make you feel completely at home. One night my husband and I ended up sitting with them for over an hour just chatting about travel and restaurant management—it felt like visiting old friends. Go for the ice cream, but stay for the company. We come here often, and it’s always a wonderful experience!
