Golden Pride

Every time I get a burrito, they barely put any egg in the burritos, this is supposed to have egg and it’s all filled with is potatoes… I shouldn’t have to pay extra just because they don’t put any in it.

I know Golden Pride is an Albuquerque staple, and generations grew up with this comfort food. I've given several tries to this restaurant, mostly because of their supposedly legendary fried chicken. In my opinion, it is incredibly greasy. I don't think the oil is hot enough. Good people and a good following, but there's just too much grease in the chicken. It seems soggy with oil.

I order a number 10 & 11. They gave us two 11’s. I called to correct their mistake and they refused to honor the refund. I even allowed them to keep the change as tip. Probably the best tortilla in town but sadly they have piss poor policy when it comes to reconciling their wrongs & actually taking care of their customer's. Check your food before you leave or just buy the tortillas & make the rest at home. Horrible customer service.

The Golden Pride! un Wabo has the best cook in Albuquerque! None of the other golden prides can compare to the taste of their food and the present presentation of the food! I have had several other Golden Pride!’s and their burritos fall apart, and the paper is all full of chili and soggy! The cook, Javier does all of his ingredients perfectly! The lead, Cook Helena, always is on top of her helpers! Ryan, the one that makes the hashbrowns is on top of his game and never makes them like mashed potatoes! Top it all off with Jamie the supervisor and you have one amazing team!

Today I got 4 burritos ,1,2,7,9. The burritos are cold , the only adobada burrito was warm. And #9 it’s so terrible , no bacon , has brown uncooked, and when a call for any solución . The lady who answer the fhone . Was so rude whit me . Terrible costumer service . I’ll never back at this place again.
