I haven't been here in over 20 years. I gave it ⭐️⭐️⭐️ as a conservative rating. They were open on Christmas, which is a plus. Bought two orders of large fries. Each order came in a foam plate. There were a lot of fries, and tasted really good. The fries were freshly made. It looked remodeled inside from the last time I was there. The service was great. Easy to order and gave everything needed whem bagging my food (utensils, ketchup, napkins. And yellow chilis). Will definitely be coming back to try other foods.
Got the pastrami combo and it was a good!

Fun atmosphere and unique service style. Rib eye was not great.
Best Burgers in town! Every time we come to visit family in El Monte we make sure to eat at Golden Ox! Very clean and the customer service is amazing!
