Today I made a mistake and I ordered chow mein on the app instead of lo mein. Yes, that was my fault but when I went back and told them my mistake, they told me I’d have to pay for another. The reviews about bad customer service were right. They are not professional nor friendly. The person who took my order on the phone and rang me out came across as if they didn't want my business. However this first impression with the food has left a good taste in my mouth. The food was cooked well, which is the bare minimum recently. But in the pork fried rice they had pieces of onions, and sprouts, that most Chinese restaurants seem to omit now. The pork looked and tasted thoroughly cooked which is also too much to ask of other Chinese places recently. And it had nice fresh crisp broccoli gently steamed and put on top. Called due to an issue with the delivery of our order, man who answered phone was rude, and nasty. A business can't survive long using this business model. The chicken was a chewy disgusting ball of fat that was inedible. They will be gone soon.... STAY AWAY FROM HERE

The person on the phone ( I think it was a woman) hung up on me twice, two times in a row. I have to leave this review here, bruh, because I don't know where all of these positive ratings are coming from. And mind you, this was after the last order where I experienced a small episode of food poisoning from their delivery hours after. That was one of the rudest experiences I had with a business, if not the worst, and that's cool. But to be honest, you can be rude to me, but don't say that after you have your way with me I shouldn't believe your joint should be broken down with a wrecking ball and have the entire debris ground up to a fine powder; and I went back to give you a second chance looking for a cheap meal after you gave me food poisoning? Made an order thru the phone for delivery. The delivery guy was so unprofessional no smile, no hi, no nothing just straight to asking for my id and card. Never been asked that before for a delivery. I say thank you 3 times while I’m signing and he gets upset because I didn’t leave tip. I don’t need this negativity around.
