Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant

Golden Krust hits the spot when you're craving Jamaican food. The patties are always fresh and flaky, and the oxtail is tender with rich, savory flavor. The jerk chicken is another standout—perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of heat. The rice and peas are a great complement to their lunch specials. You can get a full, satisfying meal without breaking the bank. Be prepared for long lines, especially around lunchtime, but the staff works quickly and efficiently. Just a heads-up: there’s no seating inside, so it’s strictly a takeout spot.

The family felt for Jamaican food and so we jumped on the highway from our hotel and drove about 12 minutes to here. It does close an hour earlier than which is stated on website. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We got so much food that we were overwhelmed. The food was very good. The oxtail was on point as well as the curry goat. My son tried the curried chicken patty and he loved it I have to give a BIG shout out and props to the staff. We love their vibe

I was not aware of this location so was pleasantly surprised when I found it while looking for lunch. It's located to the front of the mall on the eastern side of Target The patties are delicious and crusty. They don't have tables so it's strictly take-out. I also had their bulla and it was gingery and not too sweet. The server was polite and friendly enough. They also serve lunch and a special oxtail on Mondays to Wednesdays, but NO table service NO dining in. I'll highly recommend checking them out

I had the opportunity to visit Golden Krust restaurant for lunch, but my experience left me dissatisfied. The restaurant advertised their lunch specials at $5.99, but upon paying, I was surprised to see my bill exceed $7. Additionally, the service was unfriendly and unwelcoming. The staff members seemed disinterested and made me feel as though I was a bother to them. As for the food, the flavor and taste were alright, but not exceptional. While it wasn't terrible, it wasn't something I would recommend to others. Overall, I was disappointed with my visit to Golden Krust and don't see myself returning in the future.

Tried their spicy shrimp patty and could not finish it and tossed it out. I saw a commercial about the spicy shrimp patty and wanted to try it. We were close to the location and so we went and bought 3 of them. I think between the three patties we got 2 and half shrimp. Not joking. Dry tasteless crust and almost no shrimp. A good idea ruined by poor execution. And I am a big fan of golden krust beef patties. But not the new spicy shrimp!
