Ms. Carol, Ms. Yvonne and Ms. Rosemarie…(The Golden girls) consistently delivers excellent customer service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They took the time to explain menu options, answered questions patiently, and made sure my order was exactly right. Even during busy hours, the team stayed professional and positive, and my food was prepared quickly without feeling rushed. The staff checked in to make sure everything was good, which really made the experience stand out. Great food paired with genuinely caring service makes Golden Krust a place I’m always happy to return to. Highly recommended for anyone looking for good vibes and great customer service along with their meal.

Anne-Marie was absolutely wonderful! She greeted me warmly with a beautiful smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. Her pleasant attitude and excellent service made the experience even better.

I have only had their Jamaican beef patties and they are really good. I get the spicy ones and they have excellent flavor with a touch of heat. The people are friendly and the service is reasonably quick yet you don't feel rushed. The prices are reasonable.

The ladies Arline, Annmarie and Tenisha have always been so wonderful with their customer service and their hospitality. It feels like home when I come in with a friendly loving environment, and I especially love the oxtail. I am now the oxtail lady. Lol
