You can go other places that have lunch specials that serve more. This is the brown stew lunch special, I did not touch the food, as you can see it’s a pretty small portion. But the food is good. Also, if you pick a meal with two sides but want Mac and cheese they give you a small scoop of Mac, and it’s considered 2 sides. So you can’t have an extra side cause Mac counts as two, even though the portion is small……

be careful which Golden Krust you go to. Not all of them, serve the same or have the same understanding of what it means to get what you pay For. The Golden Krust near Wellstar Hospital is not generous with their food. The food is not hot. They are very strict regarding servings. I have pictures of what I spent $42 on. The closest Golden Krust to Wellstar Cobb Hospital is in Austell, located at 3999 Austell Road, #1005, right on the corner of Austell Road and Hospital South Drive. Gizzele had the most patience respect quality her service is beyond fantastic every time I come to golden Krust she is amazing and I would recommend everyone to stop by at any time I enjoy going into the restaurant while she there due to me being very comfortable when she there. Thank you to her for having great attitude and customer service services

First time here in a while and the curry goat was very salty. Also found a hair embedded in the food. Likely won’t be back for some time again.

I have come to this location over 5 years. At one point, the foods' taste & customer service fluctuated into the "less desirable zone". Today's (12/27/25) food was Great..The Service Attendants were VERY polite & Accomodating when replacing an "unevenly cooked" Jerk chicken leg. The male even gave me a courtesy serving of Plantains. I had jerk chicken,rice & peas with brown gravy & cabbage. The taste & service were GREAT. The portions have decreased. The price is constantly increasing(approximately $19) beyond my budget. I will plan for this restaurant as an "occasional treat".
