Golden Chopsticks

Horrible customer service. When I ordered crab rangoons, this is what I got. They refused to deliver me a new order and refused to give me a refund. They said it was pork and then denied it right after. Never go here! Food isn’t even that great honestly. Waste of time and money

First, they messed up my order. They serve me roast pork instead of chicken. Please see the attached photos of what they provided, and my receipt. This is the only Chinese restaurant I've ever been to that charges $0.75 for a bag of fried noodles for soup. Every other restaurant I've ever been to includes one bag of fried noodles for free with a soup order. The male employee with short hair and glasses that serves customers with pickup orders is a rude smartass. The only reason I came here is because it is close to my office and I occasionally want Chinese food for lunch.

One of my favorite dishes at this restaurant was fried shrimp, which I used to order frequently. However, I'm disappointed that they are now serving frozen shrimp and frying it in deep oil, which is extremely unhealthy. I'm hoping to get the shrimp they used to serve the next time.

Looking for a quick (like INCREDIBLY QUICK) pickup option for "mall" chinese food at a reasonable price? I highly recommend Golden Chopsticks. It's no frills, fast and easy service, comes extremely hot if you pick up on time, and the food satisfies when I'm craving the nostalgic flavors of food from mall food courts. It's saucy, not too salty or tangy, and always extremely fresh because the kitchen is constanyly fulfilling orders. They keep my business because Golden Chopsticks has one of the last affordable lunch and dinner combo boxes in the city. It's a great deal and you get a good amount of food with a decent ratio of protein to vege to rice. If anything, I wish they added more vinegar and spice to the hot & sour soup, but if I order it I just add more at home. The velveting techniq

Got the $10 dinner sets that include a roll and soup and rice for each person. Total to feed 2 people was only $25. The food is made crazy fast. You get a lot of food. It tastes great. Nice sunny tall ceiling dining room.
