Gold Chicken Gold Miami (Sabor Hondureño)

This was a terrible experience. My son and I went into this place just because we wanted to try the fried chicken. I initially asked for a couple of pieces to try it, and the lady asked me how many? I said I would like four pieces to which she replied it will be $25 dollars. I was confused as to how four pieces of chicken cost that much. I asked her if getting the whole chicken is cheaper and she said it would be $22 dollars. I asked her to pack me a WHOLE chicken to go, and to my surprise there were 4 legs and 4 thighs in the container. I am super confused because in the menu at the place, and their pictures everywhere a whole chicken is picture under a whole fried chicken for $22 dollars I DID NOT GET A WHOLE CHICKEN. Ordered this place because it looked so good. Order on uber eats with priority delivery food arrived stale. A pink sauce that it was watered down a little piece of chicken breast and 30 fries for $18 plus tax and handling. Had to put everything on the air fryer and not even

They had depressing music playing the whole time. Waited over 30 minutes on a To go order. Every time I’ve came to this place it has always been this slow over chicken strips. Very Understaffed. Or they’re just slow. Food is good but this makes me not want to come back ever. They replied saying it took less time which is not true. It seems like they would rather lose their business than accept their flaws. Don’t come here!

If you go here be patient and NOT HUNGRY LOL Our food took 50 min and we were clearly not the only table upset about the wait. When we got our rice it had SHRIMP which we were not told and are highly allergic . But the CHICKEN WAS FIRE! The rice was sent back and the one they gave us was not tasty we did not eat it sadly. But the I will probably order through phone more chicken.

They serve their food hot and fresh. Great Honduran Fried Chicken con Tajadas. My husband enjoyed the fried fish. I will definitely go back even though they are 30 minutes away.
