Gokey's Old Town Emporium and Creamery

This place is amazing! Ice cream was delicious, tons of candy, and really neat store! A must for every sweet tooth person out there.

I really wanted to love this place but if you’re looking for a kid friendly ice cream joint, this isn’t it. I have tried this place twice. The first time I took my elementary school kid for a double scoop as a reward for getting 100% on a test. The second time was tonight, I would thought I would treat my kids to a nice ice cream and the light show. I came in with four kids that sat in the booth and behaved pretty well for kids. I was on top of them because The shop side is full of breakables but we knew that. The kids finished their ice cream and were sitting chatting while my son finished his. One person was eating ice cream. My daughter saw elf ornament that she wanted to show her friend. She brought it over to show her friend and not even 60 seconds later the owner told her if she was

This is a wonderfully amazing gem of a place. We got ice cream for us and the kids and had a few minutes to look around. If you like Christmas you will love this place
