Going's BBQ

Service was good but the food was, as others have pointed out, not good. The chicken was dry...even the dark meat...how in the world they managed that is difficult to fathom. The sides were out of a can. Baked beans that never saw the inside of an oven, soupy and black. And the BBQ sauce was the worst I've ever encountered. Thankfully I asked it be on the side. Can't recommend and wouldn't go back. No customers when we arrived, should've been a clue.

Did a pick up order and got the 3 Meat to get a proper opinion on the place. To start off; almost everything was cold except for the fries. The sausage was good, the brisket was super lean, (would prefer a little fat) and the chicken was too dry to be edible. The mac and cheese had a a weird off taste, like it was a little too close to something nonfood. Likely they didn't clean the container out fully and some soap was mixed in. The roll was super chewy, gave my jaw a workout. I requested some bbq sauce but got a fist full of pickles in its place.

The nastiest food I’ve ever ate, this place use to be good years ago, I haven’t been in years, went today got the chicken fried steak, corn and a salad. The chicken fried steak was tough, all the food had no bodies seasoning on it I had to pour salt and pepper on everything, the gravy on the chicken fried steak was not gravy I don’t know what it was, but it was nasty, the salad was a 4 out of 10, and the ranch was watery. I will never step a foot in this place again my food came out to $20.29. Waste of $20.29 the place was completely empty when I went in that should’ve told me something.

Very disappointing. If I could rate this place a zero, I would. I do NOT recommend this place for bbq or anything. Food was nasty, meat had no flavor and “bbq sauce” was liquidy & tasted like nasty tomato sauce.

I WAS CRAVING BARBECUE FOR LUNCH.WE'RE FROM CONRO DOING SOME SURVEY WORK FOR A NEW TRAINER RENTAL PLACE IN THIS TOWN.AND I PICKED THIS BARBECUE PLACE. APPARENTLY I LOOK AT THE ONE GOOD REVIEW. AND NOW I JUST READ THE REST OF THE REVIEWS AND THE MAJORITY OF THEM. WELL, THE CONSENSUS IS THIS PLACE SUCKS.AND I WOULD HAVE TO AGREE! WHEN WE FIRST ARRIVED, THERE WAS ONLY TWO CARS PARKED IN FRONT AND THE PLACE WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY AND I GUESS THAT SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME SOMETHING. WHEN WE WALKED IN TO PLACE OUR ORDERS, THE OLD MAN IN THE ORANGE SHIRT. IT WAS JUST GRUMPY LIKE AS IF SOMEONE HAD TOOK A DUMP IN HIS MORNING OATMEAL.
