Godfather's Pizza

TERRIBLE experience! These people have no idea what customer service is. We ordered a medium pizza with original crust. Got it home and it was overcooked and thin crust. We called and had it remade. My husband made a second trip to pick it up and the new pizza was worse than the first one! Since we ordered on the app-they couldn’t give us a refund. The woman we spoke to had an attitude about it and said it looked fine to her. So I guess that means quality AND customer service has gone down the drain at this place. We threw both pizzas away and we’ll never be back. My advice is spend your money somewhere else. Don’t waste your time on this business.

To the, who I assume to be, owner that was incredibly rude to me today for falsely assuming I was a delivery person for Door Dash. No sir, I am *not* a worker for Door Dash. I AM, however, the person that specifically requested Godfathers for our office lunch because I had never had it before & heard wonderful things. HA. I got the pickup window slammed in my face because “door dash has to come inside to get their food.” Mind you, I simply utilized the app to place a mobile order to make pickup more efficient; i was sooo wrong. His attitude the first time around was bad but when i had to GO BACK and pickup my ACCURATE order (a simple cheese pizza), he goes “ohhh it’s YOU” as I was prepared to leave. I turned around confused at his nasty tone and he continued with “next time, check the damn

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They messed up & gave our order to the wrong Michele, instead of speaking & checking orders with customers especially when there's more than 1 ppl with same name, they just grab orders without checking and hand out wrong!! Then after THEY MESS UP, they dont even have the courtesy of offering anything like a discount on our $80 order! Made us wait another 30 minutes! Unbelievable, so expensive! Save your money & pick a different pizza place!

This place is amazing! But unfortunately they are closing at the end of January 2026. We went up from Denver for the last time. Came home with 5 pizzas and froze them for another day.

It's way too cold in there. I need to be comfortable during a meal.
