Godfather's Pizza Express

They took 1hr to fill our order on line. Then an other 15 min for bread sticks. You are under staff need staff training and customer service support

I was there just after 9:00 PM. I asked the person behind the counter (Christy He/She) that was the name on the tag. But anyway that person refused to make me a Ham Roll and a pizza. The pizza we got out of the rack was cold.

I ordered a pizza online that I paid $25 for. When I got to the counter to pick it up it was just sitting on the rack outside oven still in its pan. After five minutes when someone finally walked up to help me I asked how long my pizza had been sitting there. She said about five minutes but she could put it back in the oven to warm it up. I told her I wasn’t paying $25 for cold pizza that I had placed an order for. I guess I was wrong because I paid $25 and got nothing. No pizza, No Refund. They just stole my money. Do not do business with this Loves and Godfathers unless you just have no choice. They absolutely do not care about your business.

It was an express which is normally fine. However most of it was closed for whatever reason and only the mini pizzas were available at this time.

We love Godfather's pizza, and usually we find it in AZ. We were not disappointed. The young man behind the counter was friendly and offered some suggestions. Pizza came out hot fresh and delicious. There is seating inside. Good experience and we'll definitely be back.
