Godfather's Pizza Express

Ordered online and waited 40 minutes to pick up my order. Got in there and she said, sorry her coworker got the order but didn't even put it in. I'm not blind. I can tell when someone just lied to my face, but what ever lie with a smile. Said she would make it right and throw an extra chicken in there. She turned the heat all the way up cause it got brown on the outside but it was raw as hell in the middle. Pizza still doughy. Chicken was done but i didnt pay 25 bucks for a half cooked pizza. Wasnt even in the oven for 8 min and she brought it to me. I cook pizza all the time, even did it as a cook for 7 years. I know what raw dough is. Service was terrible admit you didn't check to see if there was an online order. Made the atmosphere terrible when your such a terrible lier. Obviously yo

I ordered instore and the worker was ready to take my order right away. I ordered a large Pizza 1/2 All-Meat Combo and 1/2 Classic Combo. He said it would be 15 minutes or so which I thought it would take longer. The pizza was good other than the crust which was doughy, not cooked completely.

Found hair in the pizza, I did bring it to the managers attention and he made it right. Store appears to be kept up.

As a truck driver that comes thru here often it’s hit or miss on if the warmer pizza is decent or not. Tonight just was terrible. I didn’t get any pizza which is fine but wasted time standing there to order (it’s 910pm) when I got there and no pizza in warmer or pizza at the gas counter like they usually do. So I stood there to order, no one was there, until 937 guy comes out and says they stop making pizza at 930, as I’m standing next to a sign that says hours of operation 10-10… and I was standing there for 27 minutes waiting to order such bs. If the guy woulda came out and after a few and said he’s out of stuff or it’s too late then fine, but to stand there for half a hour basically, waiting to order since there’s nothing in warmers, to be told a few min after 930 that “no I’m done”. I

Terrible service. Pizzas not ready when they were supposed to be- ordered on line. The employees acted like they didn't care, they blame each other for mistakes. This is a repeated experience and they are losing customers, I won't be back until there is a change in management.
