Godfather's Pizza Express Indianola

I am lividly upset. I bought a Godfathers gift certificate through KNIA for a single topping pizza that expires on March 1st. I went to use my coupon in February and they told me that I can't use it since they're under new ownership. There was nothing different about this store since the last time I was there. They lost themselves a long-time customer. Wow!!! Has this happened to anyone else?

Kaleb and Mal are by far above standards every time! They work hard and always make sure to give you what you pay for, quality pizza and wings. They are always honest about a mistake and always do their best to fix it! Their goal is to have a happy customer and they do just that! I’ll eat their food ANYTIME! And shout out to Gerzey, one of the delivery drivers, always prompt and proper! Over all amazing night crew both kitchen and store staff!

I called to have a pizza delivered for my brother in laws birthday, he was at work down the street from their store, she said they don't have delivery drivers that come in until 3 pm, the time was 10:30 am, she said but there is a store employee who can deliver it, the web site was down for me to pay, we were on the phone for 45 min attempting to get the pizza paid for, she called her manager about the problem, called me back, finely we got the card to take the payment, in the mean time she had the pizza being prepared, she said several times we are going to get your brother in law his birthday pizza.
