Amazing service and delicious food! Such a great vibe, my friend and I loved the music. The avocado fries are out of this world and the Crispy Valentino with tuna was a 10/10. Best curry ramen I’ve ever tried. We couldn’t even make it to dessert this time but next time we’re definitely trying the Go Nuts, they look amazing. Thanks Val for the recommendations

We stopped into Go Bistro in Downtown Hollywood for a light dinner before the 3rd Saturday ArtWalk and it reminded us why this place has such a loyal following. We ordered the avocado fries, the negimaki from the yakitori menu, and checked out their new mural inside. Everything hit. The avocado fries were crispy on the outside, warm and creamy inside, and the dipping sauce set them off. The negimaki had great flavor and just the right amount of char. Even though we kept it light this visit, Go Bistro’s ramen is still the star here. It’s consistently some of the best in Broward County, with deep, rich broths and toppings that feel thoughtful instead of overdone. The vibe is laid-back, service is friendly, and the menu has a mix of comfort favorites and unique options you don’t see in most

The place is small but really nice on the inside. For-warning: They don’t let you send food back and automatic 18% gratuity!! My table got the yuzu drink to share for the table. The wings are great!! The ramen broths are just okay. They aren’t very flavorful, and feel like they’re missing something. Overall the food felt mid to me and most people in my group didn’t enjoy it. The Cap’n Crunch roll was good though. They don’t let you send food back and automatic 18% gratuity!!

This is our favorite ramen place..we’ve been coming to this restaurant for about a year now. Angel was amazing, super friendly and attentive, and made our experience even better. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

Trying ramen for the first time was an enjoyable experience, especially with the tangerine sake, which was truly delightful. Angel was amazing—so knowledgeable about the menu and patient in explaining everything. We definitely will be coming back!!!!!
