Go-Fer It Express

I tried to refuse a package. These people were delivering, and their driver could not speak a word of English and understand what I was trying to do now, I have to send it back and pay for the shipping which should not have happened. I’ve spoken to two people there are one of them a supervisor and neither one of them offered to help I was told because I accepted the package. They could not offer me another shipping label. Unfortunately, their driver would not take it back not good customer service by any means.

This was my first time using Go for it delivery and I will definitely be using them again! Carlos, the driver was exceptional and had a great attitude. He handled my mishap no fault to go for it with kindness and was very helpful with unloading my item. 🙏😊

The lady or ladies who answer the phone have never been super friendly. They also have been very unreliable on several pickups from our vendors in Boise. I wish there were some other options for deliveries from Idaho Falls and Boise.

Just had my first delivery with them, they got me a web ordering account setup promptly, so I can just put in the details on the site and don't have to worry about anything again, they just appear on the property promptly. So far I highly recommend them.

Maybe tell your Idaho Falls driver(s) not to tailgate people! I could barely see the headlights of your giant van in my rear view he was so close.
