Excellent fresh, baked goods, hot and cold sandwiches, frozen foods, dry pantry goods, cupcakes, donuts, cannolis, cookies, pastas, muffins! Phew! They have a great place here in WNY for all those who are gluten free. Feels so good to step into a gluten free heaven! Great staff and delicious eats. We haven’t been disappointed with them since coming here for years!

Everything was really good. The gluten-free muffins were better than most regular muffins. A huge selection, everything was very good and the entire bakery is gluten free. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Everything in this bakery is GLUTEN-FREE. I found it on a whim while shopping in Buffalo, New York, and WOW, I can not say GO and see for yourself enough. The young girl who helped me was very sweet( not alot of experience) but super friendly. The lady ( I think owner) came up and asked if I tried the free samples. I did and let me tell you the sugar cookie and coffee cake samples are so YUMMY. I bought muffins, coffee cake and a couple cupcakes. I bought 1 apple cider donut ( not a fan normally) it looked so good. Let me tell you I ate every bite. It was the lightest , fluffiest donut I've had in 15-20 years( I've been gluten-free 2.5 years). This is a MUST try bakery for anyone. Hello, new favorite. I promise I will be back in a few weeks. P.S. Just tried the chocolate chip muffin. OMG

Terrible, dismissive service! I walked in and the cashier seemed pleasant enough. She offered a gentleman a free sample of the butter cookies and I'm thinking I'm going to have a quaint experience. I'm 51 years old and I couldn't see the menu. So I asked the cashier do you have a printed menu. Suddenly this pudgy white Male with a beard, approximately 26 years old, whom I wasn't even talking to, barks at me, "It's all online!" He gave me no web address. The sign says "gluten free baked goods", BUT THE WEBSITE ins vinchet.com! The two ladies in the store didn't bother to correct him, and one lady is older!
