Gluten Free Sourdough Bakery

We took Christie’s gluten free sourdough baking class and it was absolutely amazing! She provides all the supplies, recipes, and advice that you could ever need to get started making gluten free bread (that actually tastes like real bread)! You even get to go home with a fresh loaf, and one to bake the following day. Amazing hands on baking experience if you’re celiac or just looking to learn a new skill! Can’t recommend enough!

The Gluten Free Sourdough Bakery is an excellent source of tasty gluten free baked goods of all sorts! I’ve have tried gluten free products from other sources and have tried my own as well and I could not get past the little bit of fine gritlike texture I’d experienced and come to expect with gluten free baked goods. Well, the GFSD Bakery has eliminated that and their baked goods are AMAZiNG!! The texture and taste are spot on for each type from ooey gooey nummy cinnamon rolls to English muffins to their breads and cookies- they are delicious and enjoyable! I cannot rave enough! I love a good English muffin and these are the BEST. My husband is a Cookie Monster and thinks their chocolate chip cookies are to die for! SO VERY impressed! These are the best cinnamon rolls I have ever tried — the texture, flavor, and taste are all absolutely perfect. I have tried so many gluten-free cinnamon rolls and am constantly disappointed by the aftertaste and texture, but these were truly amazing and so delicious. Ordering and delivery were a seamless experience, and communication was excellent if you had any questions. I’m thrilled to know they offer more gluten-free goods and can’t wait to order again and try more of their products!
