Gluten Free Confections makes beautiful cakes, pastries and savory items. Cassie listens when you special order items for food allergies and always makes sure her items meet your needs. She is a fabulous baker and I have known her over 30 yrs. She is a go to when it comes to GF items! I cannot recommend her or her business enough!
We just shared our daughter’s birthday cake and it was so stinking delicious! Even the non gluten free people didn’t know it was gluten free! We ordered a chocolate cake with buttercream icing. Super moist and wonderfully delicious. I cannot wait to try the other products for Thanksgiving!
Cassie made cookies and cupcakes for my baby shower and they were amazing, everybody loved them! All birthdays from now on we will be getting goodies from her.
