Gloucester County Library - Point Branch

I deal with them for 10 years. They are nice and helpful.

Unfortunately I haven't received any great or even good customer service here. Only one librarian has been friendly to us, a young lady with brown hair and she is always nice and helpful. I don't drive because of seziure disorder so I was so happy to find this library in walking distance but I was very disappointed with the customer service. I will say that it is always clean and for being so small, it has a great selection. I also love that I can have books transferred from the main branch and they get there very fast!

Having lived in areas with one library for three counties to share, I feel so fortunate to be in Gloucester County!! Our large, expansive, Main Library is centrally located right off of Main Street, but this beautiful oyster is tucked away at the southern end, very unassumingly, sharing parking facilities with the DMV. Perhaps limited in square footage (as would be expected), the quality of the selections offered in reading, listening, & visual materials is in no way confined. A bit of everything for every age & interest group. While I have no children, one thing I adore is the individualized areas for the tiniest readers & the 'exploring beyond Seuss' age groups. This location nails this family-friendly feature. There is a private area for secure web-browsing on a library PC or BYO Dev

Great library! They offer so many activities for children not to mention all the books and dvds. Computer access printing scanning and they even notarize things for free 😍 staff is super helpful and friendly. this library is a hidden gem in this town

The staff here is very friendly! I was able to make copies and send faxes for extremely cheap! Any time I need copies or to send a fax, I go here with no hesitation. It's a fast, clean, cheap, friendly, and welcoming environment.
