Gloria Jean's Coffees

I’m not sure if the girls know how to actually technically make the drinks that they are specifically on their menu, but they need better health down there because the three girls that they have down there make the worst drinks I’ve ever had in my life I will never go back And I would never suggest it to anybody. It’s the only coffee house in Great Lakes mall which somebody should please open up a new one I asked for my money back and I still didn’t receive it back. Typically the girls need better training.

This is just my favorite place to go when I need a good pick me up. Not only are all the drinks delicious no matter iced or hot or frozen but the service is OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! Every time I am meet with the biggest smile and a “how are you today”. My favorite workers to see are the two young ladies with glasses that seem to be twins. They are both just the sweetest and always make the best drinks. I can not recommend this place enough! God loves you:)

I'm really enjoying the new horchata Cafe drink. I prefer it blended with whipped creme on top. They make it without coffee too if you can't have caffeine.

I accompanied a family member to a Gloria Jean's stand directly beside a mall food court yesterday. I had not expected to order anything, as the prospects of finding a caffeine-free and low-sugar beverage did not appear sound after a brief glance at the menu. As the order was being placed, however, I noticed the selection of fruit drinks. I inquired about what the banana "chiller" contained and was told that it only had ice and a banana purée. I reasoned that the purée would not need any significant amount of added sugar, if any. It is unfortunate that I must share that, even for items that should be a healthy choice by any logical extension of the imagination, establishments like Gloria Jean's Coffees cannot be given the slightest degree of trust in regards to what they find suitable for

This is an excellent place great staff great coffee reasonable prices.I really enjoy coming here and sitting down and just enjoying the good cup of coffee or one of their muffins are the biscotti a great family place as
