Globetrotter Street Food

Yo…why doesn’t this place have more reviews (cause it’s a food truck, I get it). If you’re at Odd Colony on a Monday night…get food! Had the Lobster Roll and Empanadas. Don’t feel like fact checking cause I’m drinkin’..but the empanadas came with what tasted like a basily/aioli sauce that was such a perfect match for the perfectly seasoned beef. I actually was so excited for them/loved them so much that I forgot to take a photo. Would not say the lobster roll was authentic, but honestly, many “authentic” claiming lobster rolls suck…and they cost $30. This cost $12 and I thought it was fantastic (best lobster roll was still in Malibu at some random shipping container location). Globetrotter Street Food - 11/10

Just had one of the best ceviches since my beach visit in Tulum! The brisket hotdog (American style), a must try! Winston and his crew are rockin it!

Chef Winston is absolutely magical in the kitchen! Every dish that comes out of Globetrotter Food Truck is packed with flavor and made with so much care. The food is decadent, delicious, and truly unlike anything else you’ll find in Pensacola. The empanadas are out of this world — perfectly crispy and bursting with flavor — and the ceviche is fresh, vibrant, and absolutely incredible. You can really taste the passion and creativity in every bite. The truck is conveniently parked outside Odd Colony Brewery, which makes it the perfect spot to enjoy awesome brews paired with incredible food. Highly recommend stopping by — this food truck is a true gem!

One of the best food trucks I’ve been to in town. Empanadas, beef brisket dawg were 10/10! Chuck brought out some crab rangoons that weren’t on the menu that absolutely blew me away. VISIST AS SOON AS YOU CAN!

Truly amazing! Best vegan and gluten free hot dog I've ever had! Tried the Chicago and German dog along with the Peruvian potatoes and all amazing! Definitely will be coming back!
