Global Meals

The meals benefit through Global Meals has been a real blessing for my mother. She really enjoys the meals and the ability to choose a variety of options so she is never bored with the same few meals. The added touch of some dairy, bread, and juice along with the meals make the benefit so much more valuable and every time I've had to interact with customer service they have been great. I've never had a problem with the delivery drivers as well.

My aunt received this meal but has questions. This is not the first time… quality control?!?! Those cubes are not fluffy mashed potatoes.

Started off okay then wanted to change meanu .called in the lady I ask bow to is really nice , told her I didn't want to white try meals bc honestly there nasty . She said, okay, we won't receive them anymore.Then I received dumb about a month later.I called, I spoke to another lady who is extremely rude.Told me that I had to call in every week.2 days prior to change it, but I had a bad attitude about it.She told me. And that I was just set out of luck, then I called back I spoke to another lady who told me that they would fix it and they would bring my meals back out, but they didn't, so I called back in again, they said, oh, we're not going to bring them until next Tuesday, I explained. To them that, that was my food for the week, they didn't care. Then I got a call back, they said they

My son did not receive his delivery last week. When his care staff came in and called they told him that because they didn't call the very next day they were not entitled to a make up of the delivery. My son is autistic and wouldn't have been able to make that call. These are meals that the county board of DD pay for (most likely in advance). How is it possible they can just not deliver meals that disabled individuals depend on and they tell them tough luck? That's bad business!

It takes so long getting the meals, if the delivery driver don’t feel like walking up to your door they will leave and mark your order as no meals and make you wait two more weeks on food. So unprofessional and are liars. They don’t care about patients being hungry and not having their meals on time at all.
