For public service workers, customer service is not a top priority. I am fully aware of the daily bs that they have to endure, but that doesn't mean that they can't put a smile on their faces. You can prevent a situation with a friendlier approach.
This is what the sky looks like before the Rain storm... I also have a reputation with the pigeons & sparrows, " You Feed me & I'll eat"
Was once a very shady environment. Improvements have helped to turn things around. Building is clean.
