Glen Oak Golf Club

First time playing the course.Looked for a course to play with my son who is attending college in the area. Tee boxes were flat and in great shape. Fairways amazing as well, greens looked and rolled beautiful. Course layout was different, not too many dead straight and hit the ball anywhere you find it holes. Challenging but fair. We will definitely be back again.

2.5/5 Long story short: For our wedding we received a great price for the venue and food, and the kitchen and serving staff did a phenomenal job (our guests loved the meal, and they were very accommodating to our custom food requests). However, our guests were cold, our wedding party ended up doing most of the setup and cleanup despite being told the venue would handle it, and there was a lot of miscommunication throughout the day. We felt like we weren’t being listened to and it brought stress. The venue itself is beautiful. We held our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at Glen Oak Golf Course. The ceremony setup, cocktail hour room with a bridal suite, and reception layout under the semi-permanent tent structure all matched what we discussed and expected. Coordinator switch:

My friend and I played here today and it's been years since we've played here prior(I don't get out much anymore) It was always beautiful here and still is!!! I loved the younger guys in the pro shop, they were so nice. The course was like it was early spring and with this summers heat, that is impressive alone. The golf carts are THE MOST COMFORTABLE and packed with extras. The Bluetooth speaker for music is so cool, GPS, club cleaner, ball cleaner and cooler. I was beyond impressed. Great job everyone, we had a great time today and will be back soon!!!

10/10 experience. The course is beautiful but tonight, the bar/restaurant was the highlight of the evening. The food portions are huge and delicious (recommend the chicken finger wrap and tots). And our bartender was PHENOMENAL. Great service, he was attentive, and he made sure we were safely to our cars (women walking alone in the dark). I am beyond grateful and impressed with his service!!!
