A Truly Unforgettable Experience at Giovanni’s Pizza in Gilbert I accidentally ordered from the wrong Giovanni’s location, but the Matewan team went above and beyond to help me. Charles quickly realized what happened and made the call to get my order transferred over to Matewan, and Kyron kindly carried everything out and put it right into my car. Their kindness alone was amazing. But then the owner of both locations, Angie, went even further. She saw the situation, made my entire order fresh, whipped up fresh icing for all our cinnamon snazzy’s, refused to let me tip her, and then personally drove 30 minutes to bring everything to me—smiling the whole time. Pizza and spaghetti was great! Service was friendly with a smile but did take a fair amount of time was the taste covered that.

Sandwiches were good. The steak sandwich is like a pre-formed meat patty, so not exactly "steak". The pizza was ok, if you like sauce on your pizza you'll have to ask for some lol! Ours had next to none at all on it. Service was good, really nice people!

Always try and eat here at some point during our stay in town and brought a newbie this trip, they loved it! Food portions were on point, and especially the price! Was so great to enjoy a hot meal after riding the trails on this chilly day!

We are visiting from South Carolina and ate here after hearing about how good it was from my dad, Eric. Let me say that he could not have said enough good things about them. The food was delicious and fresh. Our waitress was extremely friendly. I had a Philly Wedge and it was amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting or local. I didn't get a picture of the full Wedge because I was too excited and just dove in.
