Gino's Pizza

I ordered a Sicilian pizza thru Uber Eats and instead receive a normal slice. I called to ask what happened and why my order was wrong. Manager answered the phone and my inquiry with the ONLY nasty attitude. He tells me I HAVE TO call first to check if they have it when common sense managers just remove it from the menu or say out of stock. NOOO! Jerk got upset and told me not to tell him what to do. The last time this happened a very nice lady spoke to me via the uber driver and offered me something else cuz they were out of the Sicilian. No problem. I said a slice will be fine. I get this jerk instead. No interest in buying from here ever again. “You hAvE to CALL BeForE tO sEE If we HaVe tHem.” Not my responsibility to ensure you have product when you open in the morning. I really thought this place was going to be good.But it was NOT. the wings were horrible they did Not specifically they were breaded wings at all Not Fresh.The french fries were ok nothing special.The pizza was decent average. I called to talk to them and the woman that answered transfer me to I guess a manager. I explained to him they need to put breaded wings specifically so we no and he literally told me nobody makes fresh wings anymore.THATS A JOKE.🤣 EVERYBODY MAKES FRESH WINGS ESPECIALLY DURING FOOTBALL SEASON. HE STATED.🥺I SHOULD HAVE ASKED THEM FIRST. IT WAS A VERY RUDE EXPERIENCE THE FOOD WAS NOT GOOD. I'VE BEEN IN THIS BUSINESS A LONG TIME AND REFUND ON THE FOOD. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THEIR FOOD AT ALL.

Our order was wrong, we called they told us the manager wasn’t in, But he would call us….we waited 10 minutes and called back. He still wasn’t back and they placed us on hold to call him after finding his number…..they remade the order and requested the wrong order to be returned when the new order was delivered. The pizza was doughy not the New York style we were anticipating.

Food was awesome. And service was great. If a random man didn't come in to sell stuff, the experience would've been perfect.

I love Gino's pizza. Usually have it delivered & always spoken to in a polite manner. They have great sandwiches as well. I tried a number of them. But sandwich or not I still always order a pizza.
