I went in looking to purchase a stainless steel table. I didn’t know exactly what I was looking for. I’ve been in sales my entire adult life, when someone walks in and they are unsure exactly what they want it’s my job as a salesman to steer them in the right direction, they seem to be much more interested in their breakfast. Keep up the good work!!

I can't believe this place is still in business after the repeated issues I had with them. NEVER buy used equipment from them - from a freezer that showed up with a 30 YEAR OLD compressor, a rolling rack so torqued it cost me as much to fix it as the sold it for, and the topper, a $1600 refrigerated display case that they put a ridiculously undersized compressor in. After my refrigeration guy called them they agreed to pay for the correct size, took back the wrong compressor and never paid for the new one - and did not refund a penny to me! I threatened to take them to court, but in the end it was not worth my time. So because they stole the compressor, I paid $1600 to them for a dry case, (worth about $50 - $200 on the open market) and another $1000 for a compressor. I believe in Karma An

I'm not sure how Ann and her team stay in business by selling old junk. Perhaps they pay nothing for it, because it it worthless, and then sell it for as much as they can possibly get. Most recently, we bought, among other things, three pieces of refrigeration equipment: a 27" undercounter, a 48" merchandiser, and a single door upright. We plugged everything in as soon as we received it to make sure it turned on and got to temp. The 27" immediately stopped working and needed a new thermostat. The merchandiser did not hold temp and only after hiring my own refrigeration tech, were we able to determine that it was not fully charged with refrigerant. Maybe it has a leak?
