This is best gelato ice cream in the world. The flavors are rich and natural, and they're always freshly made in-store, so there are always new flavors coming out. The gelato has just the right amount of sweetness and stickiness, and the flavor and melt-in-your-mouth texture are fantastic. Of course service is perfect and they are all the nice and sweet. Sooooo goood! Seriously worth the wait if you go when everyone else went too. Tastes like Italy. Chewy texture, unique flavor profiles, and a great atmosphere.

The gelato was good! I will say i got the salted caramel and it was just a wee bit too salty for me i liked all the other flavors i tried tho!! I think when i went it was a little busy so you better be ready to order and go down the line! overall good experience! will come again.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they happily let you sample flavors until you find the perfect one — which makes the experience even better. And let’s talk about the Nutella topping… absolute 10/10. It took the gelato to a whole new level. You can tell everything is made with quality ingredients and real care. Gigi’s has officially healed all the gelato disappointment caused by imitation places. If you’re looking for authentic gelato, amazing service, and unforgettable flavor, this is the place. This gelato reminds me of study abroad in europe- but better!! made with the best ingredients, you won’t feel that post-sugar sickness here!! can’t wait to bring so many of my loved ones here!
