Giggle Monsters Craft Donuts Bells Ferry

My family loves this place. The staff is always friendly. The doughnuts are fresh and made daily. I recently came in and ordered the pinecone doughnut, it was delicious! My other favorite doughnut is the maple 'bacon" covered one! It's both sweet and savory! It hits every taste bud 💥! This place has an inviting atmosphere, the owners are amazing, and the doughnuts are great!

It's an odd name, but I get it now. When you walk in you feel like a kid again, and you giggle at yourself because you can't decide on 1 donut. Because of course, as an adult you should only have ONE, right? So I got 2 and my husband and I sampled each. Pumpkin cream cheese and nutterbutter. 😋 But there's lots of yummy looking treats. It's a small shop with community tables outside of it.

Came in with a small group around 5:30pm. We drove out of the way to grab some donuts, after seeing all the reviews. The place appeared to be messy and even had the chairs already stacked on the tables. It states they close at 7pm. Unfortunately… there were maybe 8 donuts in the display case. All eight looked dried out and beat up. Matched the atmosphere for sure. The one employee (female) seemed annoyed at our existence. Maybe she was tired. Either way not worth the trip. Total bummer!

Average donuts. Dare I say standard ones, with 2-3 toppings. I think they were over priced for what they were. We did enjoy them though. Blueberry cream and red velvet oreo were really good. I think donuts made from scratch would be better. The option to accessorize your donut should be pushed more. I’d think better profit and a more engaging sales process. Girl working wasn’t sure how to make a latte. Not mad at her, but more training maybe? Or written directions for less frequently made drinks

I cannot rate any of these because I didn't get to go in. I checked online for the hours, and it said they were open until 7:00 p.m. I drove all the way there only to get there, and they were closed. The sign on the door also said they were open until 7:00 p.m. I don't know if they're closing their business down or what because there was people in there working but no donuts in any of the display cases, and the door was locked. This is my second time giving this donut shop a try. The first time I went in there, all the donuts and bakery items were dyed green, and they had no non-green options for customers who may not like green donuts and pastries. It's just not a substitute for Ray's in any way at all. I'd rather drive farther to Ray's than be disappointed in a donut run one more time.
