Gibbons Fastag

Had an issue I couldn’t get resolve after calling penndot and other “knowledgeable” state agencies. I originally went to Gibbons for plates etc. I emailed them my issue-beside answering and guiding me how to remedy my issue they treat you like a friend and even followed up to see how it went.

We just completed a transfer at Gibbons. They were the only fast tags outfit open late enough to accommodate our schedule. It was painless and quick. The man behind the counter was 100% professional. I will come here from now on to do transfers.

The lady at the front desk was pretty pushy, not that great of an attitude, I had all the documentation as required and approved by the DMV and PA.gov but she didn’t even bother letting me talk. I wouldn’t go here save yourself some time and a headache.

Just used Gibbons fastag and the experience was quick and professional. Some of the other reviews talk about rude workers there, but I did not see or hear any such thing with my interaction. Keep up the great work Fastag!

We got there pretty close to closing yesterday and usually that means rushed work, but not in this case! They took their time helping us and we left laughing and smiling. Great conversation and service.
