The lady who handled my tag and title transfer was very polite and quick. The seller and I were in and out within 10-15 minutes. I did call ahead to check on the cost and what documents were required, so there were no surprises. Overall, a very pleasant experience!!

Waste of my time!! Women who work there are rude. They are liars. Their stone age equipment does not work. These two women acted like cavemen trying to ring a card through a card reader like they've never done it before in their life! It was embarrassing and frustrating to watch two grown women struggle and fail with the simplist tasks. They won't let you leave until you sign a paper saying you're fine with them screwing up. This is a scam business. Avoid at all costs. Their fee for renewing a registration is $20 above what the state charges. Two liars failing to do the most simple part of their job isn't worth $20 let alone $72.

Hit or miss as far as rudeness goes (the older than middle aged lady was definitely rude the last time I went in), but what are you going to do? There's only two brick and mortar notaries in the area, and they're relatively affordable. Bring cash or debit card.

The lady at Gibbons is awesome. I went in to get help having my license renewed and within 10 minutes I had a restoration requirements letter in my hand. I thought it would take a few days but they have a direct link with PennDOTs website and can get almost anything faxed over immediately. She spent another 20 minutes going over everything I needed to do to have my license restored and never got annoyed when I didn't understand something and made her repeat herself. When I was ready to go I got out my wallet but she told me no charge. She spent 30 minutes with me and didn't charge me a dime. I couldn't believe it so I figured the least I could do was write her a positive review

I was in there today for the first time to transfer the title on a vehicle I just purchased. Lisa was very fast and a real pro. Her 17 yrs of experience really showed. Two Thumbs Up.
